Return Policy

We offer great quality yarn at a great price.  We believe you will feel the same upon receiving your order.  In the unlikely circumstance you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept a return. Please email us at customerservice@craftedbycatherine.com to make arrangements for the return.  Include your full name, address, and order number.  We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the purchase.
