I received a substitution

I received Juicy Couture luxe velour xl instead. Customer service said it was a substitution. They provided a partial refund in exchange for keeping it and apologized. They also apologized that the wrapper wasn't replaced with their company branding. This yarn unwind at the ends and in random spots. If you're not careful you can accidentally force it to unwind mid stitch. Shedding isn't bad but seriously doubt it's going to do well in the wash. The yarn is soft and looks really nice.

I was so happy to find you and purchased this yarn to complete my Afghan

I was so happy to find you and purchased this yarn to complete my Afghan. I was afraid the colors might be way different, but they’re perfect. Very happy with my purchase and the quality of the yarn is good.
